Cancellation timing for a fixed sailing date
Cruise dates are set months ahead, and so is the cancellation deadline on a large vehicle: three full days, 72 hours, before the pickup time. Plan around that when you hold the booking.
Give us the true headcount, children counted, because the van carries no one beyond its seat total. If the trip starts at an airport, pickup is curbside: call the chauffeur or dispatch and walk out from baggage claim. Tolls, parking and any airport or licensing fees are passed on at cost.
