On the ground: Port Canaveral spreads across terminals CT-1, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10, so confirming the ship's terminal (Disney CT-8, MSC CT-10, Carnival CT-3/6) prevents a wrong drop-off.
The cancel window and the hotel clock
Two hours is the line for sedan and SUV airport transfers. Cancel before it and there is no charge.
Hotel pickups run on a different clock. The chauffeur holds 15 minutes free, then time is counted in 15-minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate. Tolls and parking on the drive to the terminal are passed through at cost, as are any airport or licensing fees. None of it is marked up.
