Meeting your chauffeur after you land
Note the meeting point before you fly in for Basel week. Domestic arrivals are met at the foot of the baggage claim escalators, international arrivals a few steps outside customs.
You get 45 free minutes on domestic air and train arrivals and 60 on international ones, then quarter-hour billing at the vehicle hourly rate. Never leave without ringing dispatch, since an unannounced exit is billed as a no-show. A sedan or SUV airport transfer can be dropped at no charge up to two hours before pickup.
