Fixed fares apply across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and anywhere inside a 60-mile radius of MIA, and anything past that line gets quoted on request. Gratuity is not baked in. An 18% chauffeur tip is recommended on each booking, and the number stays yours to raise, lower or delete.
