Concert nights and the surcharge window
Three days notice cancels a party bus booking. The clock is 72 hours, not the day of the show. Concerts run long, and pickups from 11:00 pm to 4:59 am sit inside the 20% surcharge window, the same one that covers Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Tell us the group size you actually have, since nobody rides without a seat and children count in the total. The 18% gratuity line is a default, and you set the final figure.
