Can we split pickup between two hotels?
Yes, two or three pickup points are normal for groups; list them and the quote covers the route.

The 15-minute grace period on hotel pickups
Pickups away from an airport include 15 minutes of grace. After that the meter moves in 15-minute steps at the vehicle hourly rate, which matters when a group of 12 is still gathering bags in a lobby.
Tolls, parking and any airport or licensing fees are added at cost, with no markup on top. Note that the free cancellation up to two hours before pickup covers sedan and SUV airport transfers.
