Real headcount and the 72-hour cancel rule
Book on the real headcount. A ten-seat vehicle carries ten people, children included, and we do not load past seating capacity.
Cancellation on a stretch limo needs three days notice, so 72 hours. Prom nights that run past 11:00 pm fall into the window where a 20% surcharge can apply, as do New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The 18% chauffeur gratuity is a suggestion on the quote, and you can raise it, lower it or take it off.
