Holiday dates, night hours and added stops
Two things move the fare after booking. A detour or an added stop is charged separately.
Dates matter as well. New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas carry a possible 20 percent surcharge, as does any hour from 11:00 pm to 4:59 am. Gratuity for the chauffeur is recommended at 18 percent, though the amount is set by you and can be removed.
