Is 4 hours really the minimum?
Yes for hourly hire; if you only need a single move between two venues, ask for the one-way group transfer instead, it is priced lower.

Curbside only, and the three-day cancellation window
Buses this size are curbside pickup only. Call your chauffeur or dispatch after you land and they meet you at the curb outside baggage claim. Arrivals carry 45 minutes of free waiting on domestic air and train, 60 minutes on international, then 15-minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate.
A bus booking needs 72 hours notice to cancel, three full days. Count heads honestly, children included, because no vehicle is loaded past its seating capacity.
