Yes, most guests book the car as directed from Friday to Sunday so the car is theirs for practice, qualifying and the race.
The 45-minute clock on arrivals
Waiting is free for 45 minutes on domestic air and train arrivals, and 60 minutes if you land from overseas. After that the meter runs in 15-minute increments at your vehicle hourly rate. Plans still fluid? Sedan and SUV airport transfers cancel at no cost up to two hours ahead.
Pickup is at the foot of the baggage claim escalators domestically, or right outside customs on international flights. Cannot find the chauffeur? Phone dispatch rather than walking away, which is treated as a no-show.
