How early for a 4 PM all-aboard?
Leaving Aventura by 12:30-13:00 puts you at the terminal comfortably inside the boarding window; we confirm the exact time with the quote.
On the ground: The transfer finishes via the MacArthur Causeway (I-395) and the Port of Miami Tunnel onto Dodge Island, the same last mile every PortMiami sailing uses.
Waiting time and what gets passed through
Your chauffeur holds the car 15 minutes at no charge on a residential pickup. After that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate, so it helps to have bags at the door before the car turns in.
Tolls, parking and any airport or licensing fees appear on the final bill at cost. Sedan and SUV airport transfers can be canceled free up to two hours before pickup.
